Bringing Your Pet

A CURRENT VETERINARY CERTIFICATE OF INOCULATION MUST BE PRODUCED FOR INSPECTION ON YOUR PETS ARRIVAL

All cats must have been inoculated against Feline Enteritis and cat flu within the last 12 months

Illness

We ask that you mention any recent injury, illness or any disability when you leave your pet with us. Our resident Veterinary Nurse will ensure that all treatments or medicines are administered as per your Veterinary Surgeons instructions

Insurance

All cats boarding with us are covered by our comprehensive insurance. Insurance cover includes payment of Veterinary fees incurred whilst boarding with us and any Veterinary fees incurred within 3 days of leaving our premises for a condition your Veterinary Surgeon considers is a result of having been boarded with us, up to the maximum amount allowed, veterinary receipts must be forwarded to us within a week for submission to our insurers

Safety and security

For the safety and security of your pet, we ask that all cats are restrained in a suitable carrier. We will be happy to provide a cat carrier should you have forgotten to bring yours

Your Pets Stay

Exercise

Cats have unrestricted access by means of a cat flap to a covered run.

Heating

Cat chalets are individually heated for the comfort of your pet

Bedding

We mostly use 100% Polyester “DRYBED” dog bedding throughout our kennels and cattery, unfortunately we have no facilities to maintain customers own bedding, but toys may be brought to help make your pet feel more at home.

Collection and delivery service

We offer a collection and delivery service for all animals for most areas, in our own van. Charges are available on request.

Grooming

Our experienced groomers can groom your cat before it leaves, an appointment must be made in advance during busy periods.
